We’re VERY close to finalising our long-awaited asynchronous course to Reduce Stress and Anxiety on Demand.

We’ve been working on this for more than a year, but we are finally going to wrap it up. We will be releasing it in early September.

The course will be focused on moving from stress to serenity at will. It is suitable for beginner meditators, as well as experienced meditators who are not sure how to bring their meditation practice into every facet of their daily lives. It will include video instructions, audio guided meditations, student discussions and monthly masterminds. It is going to be a complete brain dump of everything that we know about living free from stress and suffering, all of the time.

We are going to cover all the ways that we can live continuously free from stress and anxiety. HOWEVER, we need your help. Before we finalise everything, we need to make sure we have covered everything.
